The "Original" Texas Power Bar

It’s a good strong bar for the weight we lift. My only complaint would be that there were some sharp machining edges on the areas where the plates go. A little file work took care of the burrs but in my opinion, I paid the extra money for a quality bar that’s what I should get.

Absolutely love my Texas power bar, it also arrived quickly. I will be purchasing a deadlift bar from Texas power next.

Awesome bar meant to get deadlift bar but this bar is still amazing will probably buy deadlift bar in future maybe could get a deal on it haha

The TPB has stood the test of time for good reason; it has no frills and, in bare steel, is nearly perfect. I have used various TBP's spread over many gyms in the last decade and always seek one out when visiting a gym, as most have at least one. It makes for a great choice if you travel due to accessibility for consistent lift sessions when on the go. TPB's have consistent whip, knurling, and diameter. When it came time to build my home gym, the bar choice was simple. I looked, but for the price and muscle memory, as all my PR's are on a TPB, there was only one choice.
