Greatly Disappointed

If I only could give a rating of 0 stars. The Texas Bench Bar arrived yesterday. During my first workout this morning, I discovered that while all of my plates could be loaded onto one side of the bar, none of them could be loaded onto the other side. Imagine my disappointment and frustration. When I ran my hand across both sleeves it was obvious that the grooves on the one side were noticeably higher than the the other side. Please make this right.
